Job Type: Full-Time / Onsite

Location: Karachi - Shahrah e Faisal

Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (PST/Night Shift)

Job Summary:

Siznex is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Upwork Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing high-quality projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others. This role is critical in helping drive revenue through strategic bidding, effective communication, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects across Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
• Craft customized persuasive proposals tailored to client requirements.
• Communicate with clients, understand requirements, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the technical team for project feasibility.
• Maintain company profiles on freelancing platforms.
• Build long-term client relationships to generate repeat business.
• Meet or exceed monthly project acquisition targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in securing and managing projects on Upwork and Freelancer.
• Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
• Knowledge of IT services (Web, Mobile, WordPress, Laravel, Flutter, Digital Marketing).
• Strong skills in negotiation, closing, and client handling.
• CRM experience is a plus.
