Job summary

iSystems Ltd in Pakistan seeks a Senior Test Manager to define and run the end-to-end testing strategy for a regional ERP rollout. You will oversee SIT, UAT, and regression, setting entry/exit criteria and ensuring go-live readiness.

You will lead test analysts and business testers, manage test cases and defects in Azure DevOps or JIRA, and drive regression automation where possible, reporting progress and risks to programme leadership.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in QA with leadership experience on enterprise programmes.
• Experience leading test/UAT teams on ERP implementations is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or Customer Engagement testing is a plus.

• Manage test cases, execution and defects in Azure DevOps Test Plans. Drive regression automation where possible.
• Report test progress, quality risks and go-live readiness to client and programme leadership.

Requirements

• 7–10 years in QA, with at least 3 years leading test or UAT teams on enterprise programmes.
• Test leadership on ERP implementations, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) or Customer Engagement (CE) strongly preferred.
• Azure DevOps or JIRA test management
• RSAT or other D365 test automation, multi-country rollouts, retail domain. (nice to have)
