The Technology Project Account Manager will be the second in command within the Marketing & Sales Automation Professional Services division, including the supervision of the division team members based in the Karachi, Pakistan Office.
You will be handling project and account management-related items to ensure division operations and client service experience are handled effectively and continuously streamlined. This hybrid role requires you to be a self-starter and flourish with confidence in your professional work ethic, communication, organisation, and documentation.
Project Management: 60%
- Development of defining project timelines for client-ready presentations
- Internal resource management of team members within the ‘Marketing & Sales Professional Services’ division
- Work closely with the Salesforce Operations Director to align resourcing needs for projects (Salesforce Consultants)
- Monitoring project timelines with key milestones and adapting resourcing to meet tight milestones
- Facilitating client calls and meetings for the Head of Marketing & Sales Automation Services
- Capturing project meeting minutes and converting into time-defined actions
- Updating project plans for internal review and updates
- Monitoring project profitability
- Owning and conducting internal end of project wrap-up sessions for reflective learning
- Management of outsourced Associates and Developers
- Management of procurement activities
- Supervising the Content Marketing Manager and Digital Designer/Developer
- Facilitate internal workshops to streamline existing processes and documentation
- Continuously reviewing the division's internal technology workstack and identifying new ways or platforms for operational effectiveness
Account Management: 30%
- Handling all inbound client communications via email and replying as a single point of contact (capturing responses internally and replying as ‘one body’)
- Prioritising inbound client communications and resourcing team members to actions in a timely manner
- Collecting non-attended client calls minutes for transparency and consistency of understanding of project progress
- Work closely with the Managing Director in the handling and monitoring of client invoices/payments
- Development of case studies for new onboarding industry client type projects
Commercials: 10%
- Development of retention and growth of client accounts and former client accounts
- Development of new client onboarding process
- Using the estimator provided by the Head of Marketing & Sales Automation Services to develop client-friendly Statement of Work (SoW) documents
- Updating internal Salesforce system with project completion ‘actual costs’ for PnL requirements
Job Specification
- Minimum of 5 years project management experience
- Must have project management experience within SaaS organisations
- Experience in handling client communications
- Solid understanding of people resourcing (internal and external)
- Excellent English oral and written skills
- Ability to implement new processes and procedures for new team members to follow
- Commercial mindset with a logical approach for implementation
- Effective use of Project Management tools (i.e. Lucid Chart, Askia, Trello, MS Office Tools etc)
