Job summary

Smart Working is seeking a seasoned SEO/Content Marketing professional to lead organic growth while coding in React/Next.js. You will manage content strategy, analytics, and multiple sites, using Claude AI to automate workflows and speed delivery. Healthcare/YMYL experience is a plus.

You will own the SEO program, coordinate content, and optimise local search visibility where relevant, with a fast‑paced, creative problem‑solving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing and SEO content strategy.
• 5+ years of experience driving Google Search and organic ranking growth.
• 5+ years of experience with Google Analytics/GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• 5+ years of experience in keyword research and competitor analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall SEO strategy.
• Own technical SEO and continuously identify and resolve issues affecting organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research, search‑intent analysis and competitor research.
• Improve organic rankings, qualified organic traffic and ultimately leads/revenue.
• Develop and execute an SEO‑focused content strategy.
• Identify content gaps and opportunities and improve existing content.
• Manage and improve Google Business Profile and local search visibility where relevant.
• Monitor Google rankings, Google Search Console, GA4 and other SEO KPIs.
• Ensure analytics and tracking are correctly configured through GA4 and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Build useful reporting and dashboards focused on meaningful business outcomes.
• Use Claude and other AI tools extensively to improve productivity and automate repetitive SEO/marketing tasks.
• Manage tracking, A/B testing and email automation.
• Build WhatsApp agents and web agents.
• Drive YouTube content promotion as an essential part of the role.
• Implement website changes directly in the codebase without depending on a separate development team.
• Create and update website pages, layouts, components and content to support SEO and marketing objectives.
• Implement technical SEO improvements directly within React and Next.js websites.
• Maintain and improve existing websites, ensuring changes are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Handle website updates and publish changes quickly, including same‑day updates when required.
