Job description

DyCoders is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter for our Lahore office who will be responsible for management and execution of end-to-end hiring process. The Senior Technical Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present good candidates for technology positions, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic technical requirements.


Job Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with hiring Managers to understand the needs of the roles to be filled.
  2. Identify and work on the most effective methods for recruiting and attracting technical candidates.
  3. Draft recruitment advertisements: post and/or place ads in the most effective digital and/or print media for open positions.
  4. Identify appropriate candidates and assess their qualifications through review of their resumes, interviews, and other forms of communications.
  5. Maintain contact with candidates to keep them apprised of the status of their applications.
  6. Maintain and timely update recruitment status and notes.
  7. Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to senior management.
  8. Timely update the hiring managers of successfully filled positions and onboard the successful candidates.
  9. Facilitate contacts by creating and maintaining a presence in the technical/industry community and marketplace.
  10. Coordinate with Universities and other potential talent sources, to strengthen the talent pipeline.
  11. Attend job fairs and industry conferences; run company booth at job fairs and maintain & strengthen the Contour's brand as an Employer of Choice.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Specification
