The Role –

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer (Lead) to join our fast-growing tech team in Pakistan. You’ll work on system enhancements, upgrades and develop new features on their Industrial IoT (Internet of Things) platform. You will also lead a small agile team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Technology Leadership: Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and development of scalable, cloud-based IoT and AI solutions.
2. Software Development: Oversee software design and development processes, ensuring high-quality code and best engineering practices.
3. System Architecture: Design and maintain a robust, secure, and scalable architecture for ThingTrax’s digital solutions.
4. Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
5. DevOps & Security: Implement CI/CD pipelines, enhance security measures, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
6. Performance Optimization: Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and effective monitoring.
7. Technology Evaluation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and recommend suitable tools and frameworks for development.
8. Strategic Planning: Align technology strategy with business goals and drive digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
