Contour Software is seeking a hands-on SysOps Engineer to maintain patching, security tooling and cloud infrastructure across Windows and Linux in OCI. The role emphasizes automation with Terraform and Ansible, IAM administration (AD/Entra ID, MFA, SSO) and orchestration of on‑premise and cloud environments.

You will support DevOps, data jobs and incident responses in a fast‑paced global centre. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in sysops, strong scripting (PowerShell/Bash), cloud experience (OCI

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on systems administration, SysOps or infra engineering.
• Strong Windows Server administration (IIS, AD, DNS, GPO, certs).
• Solid Linux administration (Ubuntu/RHEL).
• Experience patch management across mixed Windows/Linux fleets.
• Terraform for provisioning cloud infra, Ansible for config mgmt.
• OCI strongly preferred; Azure/AWS acceptable.
• Scripting: PowerShell, Bash; Python a plus.
• Experience with identity/access management (Entra ID/AD) and MFA/SSO.
• Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, TLS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD platforms (Azure DevOps, GitLab, GitHub).
• Experience with AI agents for scripting/troubleshooting is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Own patch cycle for Windows/Linux hosts across production, QA, dev.
• Remediate vulnerabilities from Rapid7/CrowdStrike and CVEs.
• Manage OCI infrastructure; OCI networking, storage, DNS, and environments.
• Use Terraform and Ansible for IaC and repeatable builds.
• Manage identity: AD/Entra ID, MFA, SSO; onboarding/offboarding.
• Support data/integration jobs: FTP/SFTP/ETL, Pentaho jobs.
• Maintain TLS/SSL certs, DNS, email security and SMTP issues.
• Troubleshoot VPN, RDP, remote access for staff and customers.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and build agents; automate deployments.
• Document runbooks and post-incident notes; contribute to guardrails.
