Contour Software Pvt Ltd is seeking a hands-on SysOps Engineer to maintain and secure our OCI-based infrastructure across Windows and Linux environments. The role emphasizes patch management, IAM, and automation using Terraform and Ansible, with AI-assisted tooling

Responsibilities include patch cycles, vulnerability remediation, OCI/IIS/Linux server builds, and CI/CD support; strong scripting and collaboration with U.S.-based stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on systems administration or SysOps experience.
• Strong Windows Server (IIS, AD, DNS) and Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL) administration.
• Experience patching, vulnerability remediation and patch management across mixed OS fleet.
• Terraform and Ansible for IaC and automation.
• OCI/Azure/AWS cloud experience and CI/CD tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly patch cycle for Windows/Linux hosts across production, QA, and development.
• Remediate vulnerabilities from Rapid7 and CrowdStrike; ensure security agents deployed.
• Configure and maintain Windows/IIS and Linux servers in OCI; manage networking, storage, DNS.
• Manage infrastructure as code with Terraform; use Ansible for automation.
• Administer identity and access (AD/Entra ID, MFA, SSO).
• Handle onboarding/offboarding, access reviews, and license management.
• Support data jobs: FTP/SFTP, Pentaho, notifications and certificates.
• Support Oracle-connected apps, TNS/wallet configuration, read-only users.
• Maintain TLS/SSL, DNS, SPF/DKIM/DMARC; troubleshoot SMTP.
