Job summary

FiveRivers Technologies is seeking a proactive Support Engineer to troubleshoot issues, support clients, and ensure smooth system performance. The role focuses on data ingestion pipelines, data quality, and resolving data-related challenges for clients in Lahore.

Ideal candidates have software / data background, knowledge of SAP/Oracle ERP workflows, and experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong communication to non technical stakeholders is a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.
Experience supporting a SaaS app providing data management, extraction and analysis.
Knowledge of supply chain workflows in 1–2 ERPs (SAP or Oracle).

Responsibilities

Handle all incoming tickets per defined SLAs.
Resolve low-to-moderate complexity technical issues using defined tools and processes.
Monitor and maintain data ingestion pipelines for quality after implementation.
Diagnose and resolve data-related issues, including missing tables and incorrect transforms.
Maintain knowledge base and documentation for customers and internal teams.
