Job summary

NorthBay Solutions in Pakistan is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and maintain data pipelines using AWS, Redshift and relational databases. You will optimize queries and support scalable data platforms.

Ideal candidates have 4–7 years in data engineering or database development, strong PL/SQL and PostgreSQL skills, and a solid grasp of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts. Excellent communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in Data Engineering or Database Development.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift and AWS ecosystem.
• Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development.
• Good experience with PostgreSQL and PL/pgSQL.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Exposure to query optimization and performance tuning.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL workflows on AWS.
• Write efficient SQL queries and build stored procedures in PL/SQL and PL/pgSQL.
