• 5+ years of IT or business process experience
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work remotely using virtual collaboration
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field

Responsabilidades

• Assimilate knowledge of products and processes in assigned business area
• Gather requirements, create functional designs, and perform testing
• Link IT solutions to redesigned business processes
• Provide ad-hoc reports and data extraction support
• Collaborate with analysts to share IT deployment knowledge across areas
• Lead small projects and coordinate with product managers on specifications
• Apply SDLC knowledge (Waterfall/Agile) in delivery
