• Proven experience in closing deals and converting leads into clients.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and follow-ups.
• Good energy, confidence, and a professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Receive and manage leads provided by Results International.
• Connect with potential students through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand their academic background, financial situation, and study-abroad goals.
• Provide professional study-abroad counselling and guide students toward suitable options.
• Follow up consistently and convert leads into confirmed clients.
• Handle objections and confidently close deals.
• Maintain proper follow-up and lead records.
• Work toward monthly sales and conversion targets.
