Role Description

The Senior Student Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Multan. The counselor will guide students through the entire study abroad process, including initial counseling, program and country selection, application support, and pre-departure preparation. Daily responsibilities include conducting individual counseling sessions, assessing academic profiles, explaining admission requirements, and recommending suitable universities and courses. The role involves managing application workflows, coordinating documentation, maintaining accurate records, and following up with students and partner institutions to ensure timely progress. The counselor will also participate in information sessions, seminars, and outreach activities, respond to inquiries via phone and email, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance counseling processes and student experience.

Qualifications

• Strong counseling and advisory skills, with the ability to guide students on academic pathways, university selection, and career goals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for conducting one-on-one sessions, presentations, and professional correspondence.
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple student cases, documentation, and deadlines efficiently.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission procedures, and visa requirements for the UK, USA, Canada, and other key destinations.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, CRM or student management systems, and online research tools.
