Role Description The Education Counselor – Islamabad role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through international education options, including academic profiling, country selection, university and course matching, and visa-related considerations. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed counseling sessions, maintaining accurate student records, and following up with applicants throughout the admission and visa process. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and international institutional partners, delivering presentations or information sessions when required, and adhering to company policies on compliance, transparency, and ethical guidance. The counselor will also support outreach activities, respond promptly to inquiries, and contribute to a positive, professional office environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Educational Consulting and Education-related knowledge to guide students on international study pathways.
• Candidates should possess Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills to support academic choices and long-term employability planning.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, and the ability to explain complex information in an accessible manner.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in international education advisory, admissions, or related fields, with knowledge of major study destinations (e.g., UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe).
• Candidates should demonstrate high ethical standards, attention to detail, and comfort working with data-driven processes and compliance requirements.
• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Social Sciences, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
