Job summary

Creative Chaos in Pakistan seeks a Sr. Staff Accountant to support financial reporting and month-end close. You will maintain the general ledger, handle bank reconciliations, and assist with payroll processing for US clients.

Responsibilities include A/P and A/R processing, journal entries, vendor/customer statement reconciliation, month-end accruals, prepaid schedules, fixed assets, inventory reconciliation, and 1099 data preparation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably with US clients.
• CPA or related certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Enter general journal entries as needed.
• Reconcile vendor and customer statements.
• Record month-end accruals and prepare schedules.
• Assist with payroll processing.
• Maintain prepaid expense schedules.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register and depreciation.
• Reconcile inventory records with physical counts.
• Generate 1099 data for review.
