DigitalTolk is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and grow multiple teams globally. You will establish engineering standards, drive delivery with product owners, and champion AI-first practices to improve productivity and quality.

You will mentor engineers and managers, shape career progression, and support recruitment across international teams in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of engineering management and 4 years in software engineering.
• Strong knowledge of system design, architecture and modern engineering practices.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to boost productivity.
• Excellent communication and leadership across international teams.
• Ability to navigate cross-team dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

Role:

• Lead, mentor, and grow Engineering Managers and engineers across multiple teams.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of engineering management experience and 4 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with a strong understanding of system design and architecture.

• Strong understanding of software development, quality assurance, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, and modern engineering practices.

• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and the ability to drive AI-first engineering practices to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.

• Ability to make sound decisions, balance competing priorities, and manage cross-team dependencies in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.

• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
