Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in Lean/Agile leadership and servant leadership.
• 1-4 years in a software development environment using Agile.
• Certified Scrum Master or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach cross-functional teams on modern delivery practices and product-centric operating model.
• Support Product Managers with backlog refinement and release planning.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and protect the team from impediments.
• Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement across teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies and enable timely risk responses.
