Job summary

Cummins Inc. in Pakistan seeks an experienced Agile Coach to help individuals and teams adopt an agile mindset, guiding transitions from project delivery to value delivery and aligning with DevOps and continuous delivery practices.

You will partner with the Agile Center of Excellence, product leaders, and cross‑functional teams to enable broader transformations, drive measurable agility health, and foster collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• College, university, or equivalent degree in business or related subject.
• IC Agile/SAFe certifications are preferred (ICP-ACC, SPC, CSM, PSM, SSM, SASM).
• At least 5 years of experience coaching agile teams across SAFe, Scrum, Lean, and DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Teach and mentor individuals and teams to develop an agile mindset.
• Advise leaders on removing impediments to agile transformation.
• Develop agile metrics and measurements for visibility of progress.
• Facilitate workshops on agile practices for various roles.
• Coach using system thinking to identify and remove flow constraints and wastes.
• Scale enablement assets and communities of practice across global teams.
