Job summary
hr-pod-hiring-talent-globally in Lahore is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst with 2+ years on the Salesforce platform in a functional role. You will lead requirements workshops, map as-is to to-be processes on Salesforce, and translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
You will collaborate with developers and architects on integrations, configure Salesforce objects, security, and flows, support UAT, data migration, and change management, and mentor junior analysts
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience in a functional/business analysis role.
- Experience leading functional workstreams on full Salesforce implementations.
- Expertise with Salesforce Flow (Screen, Record-Triggered, Scheduled).
- Knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, sharing, and governor limits.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops and stakeholder interviews.
- Analyze as-is processes and design to-be Salesforce solutions.
- Translate requirements into user stories, specs, flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend configuration-first solutions.
- Produce data models, integration requirements, and design docs.
- Configure Salesforce capabilities: objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, reports, dashboards.
- Define security controls and role hierarchies; manage access.
