Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Developer and Architect experience.
• Deep expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP).
• Proven ability to design complex architectures and data models.
• Strong deployment and security knowledge in Salesforce.

Role Description

Mountainise Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architectto join our team in Lahore. This is a full-time on-siterole where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a Senior Salesforce Developer and Architect, you will play a pivotal role in driving the technical architecture, custom development, and integration efforts for our Salesforce solutions, ensuring they align with our client’s business needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Salesforce Architecture & Design:Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Create scalable, high-performance solutions that align with business objectives.
• Customization & Development:Customize Salesforce applications, including Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and integrations with other systems. Ensure that customizations are robust, maintainable, and meet high-quality standards.
• Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior Salesforce developers. Review code, provide feedback, and ensure best practices are followed.
• Integration Management:Lead integrations with third-party systems, including ERP, marketing automation platforms, and other business tools. Work with APIs, middleware, and data transformation tools to ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other systems.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business stakeholders and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure that solutions meet both functional and technical requirements.
• Performance Optimization:Optimize the performance of Salesforce applications by conducting regular performance reviews and implementing best practices for data management, indexing, and query optimization.
• Maintain Quality Standards:Enforce adherence to Salesforce best practices for code quality, governance, and deployment. Ensure comprehensive documentation and testing for all projects.
• Troubleshooting & Support:Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting complex issues within the Salesforce ecosystem. Provide solutions for operational challenges and technical roadblocks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experienceworking with Salesforce as a Developer and Architect, with deep expertise inSales Cloud, Service Cloud, andMarketing Cloud.
• Strong hands-on experience inApex development,Visualforce,Lightning components, andSalesforce integrations(REST, SOAP APIs, Middleware).
• Proven experience withSalesforce architecture, including designing complex solutions, data models, and application flows to meet specific business needs.
• Expertise inSalesforce customization(custom objects, workflows, triggers, process builder) anddeployment management(Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Ant Migration Tool).
• Solid understanding ofSalesforce security models, including user roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
• Excellentproblem-solvingandanalytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
• Salesforce certifications(Salesforce Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, or equivalent certifications) are highly preferred.
• Ability to thrive in anon-site roleat our Lahore office and work directly with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions.
• Bachelor’s degreein Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
