Job summary

The Citizens Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to manage day-to-day configuration, support, and improvements of our Salesforce platform across all country partners. You will drive user adoption, data integrity, and partner collaboration to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include user management, security, customization, automation, data handling, reporting, governance, and training. A Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar Salesforce admin role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of security, sharing, and governance in Salesforce.
• Experience with Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
• Good communication and facilitation skills; capable of promoting user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Administer Salesforce across multiple country partner orgs.
• Manage user accounts, profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing rules.
• Configure and customize objects, fields, layouts, and record types.
• Develop and maintain automation using Flow, approvals, and workflow rules.
• Handle data imports/exports and ensure data quality and backups.
• Create reports and dashboards and monitor usage/adoption.
• Manage sandboxes, deployments, and system changes; support releases.
• Create user documentation and train stakeholders to maximize platform utilization.
