We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Sales Professional to join our team in the PVC, PE, PPRC Pipes, Fittings, and Electric HDPE Pole industry. The Ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the piping and electrical infrastructure sector, excellent communication skills, and a proven track in Sales Projects.
Job Responsibilities To Include:
Managing Overall Project Sales Operations
Design and implement project sales plan
Carryout cost analysis, quotes and profit calculation
Design a comprehensive sales management process for identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects
Ensure payments and recoveries as per each customer’s specific payment policy
Driving the Sales Team
Manage, train and provide overall guidance to the sales team for all assigned territories
Facilitate National Sales Manager in devising reasonably achievable sales targets by the sales team
Mastering Market Dynamics
Identify new markets and explore business growth opportunities within nationwide projects
Plan and ensure implementation of marketing and branding activities for strong brand imaging
Represent the company in all relevant trade shows, conferences and seminars nationally and internationally
Strengthening Customer Relationships
Strengthen dealership and distribution network nationwide
Nurture and maintain strong networking with new/existing clients nationwide
Desired Skillset and Expertise
Bachelors/Masters degree (preferably in Sales & Marketing)
12 to 15 years proven project sales experience (preferably pipe sector)
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills
