Confiance is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our market presence. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, exceptional relationship-building skills, and expertise in B2B and B2C sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement high-impact sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and goal achievement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and business partners.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align sales efforts.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 4+ years in sales management, business development, or key account management, preferably in pet care, FMCG, or retail.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
️ Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
