WellnessLiving is seeking a Senior Onboarding Specialist to lead client onboarding and ensure smooth transitions to our SaaS platform from other software. The role emphasizes personalized training, proactive communication, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve onboarding issues.

Based in Islamabad, this on-site position requires strong relationship-building, ownership, and exceptional client-facing communication skills to deliver a high-quality onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in customer implementation/onboarding for SaaS
• Able to build relationships with all levels of the organization
• Creative problem solver in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with technical curiosity
• Able to build rapport with coworkers and clients
• Proactive, accountable, and takes ownership to deliver quality onboarding
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills

Responsabilités

• Manage onboarding and project timelines for clients converting from another software or onboarding new businesses
• Deliver personalized online product training tailored to the client’s business needs
• Keep clients informed on transition progress via email, phone, or web conferencing
• Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to resolve onboarding-related issues
