Responsibilities
  • Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications
  • Collaborating with function leaders to compile requirements
  • Staying on top of job market trends and competitive analysis for our candidate pool
  • Headhunting / attracting suitable candidates through LinkedIn, online employment forums, social media, etc.
  • Conducting initial interviews
  • Managing the overall hiring process including coordinating interviews with other stakeholders
  • Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity
  • Reporting on recruiting needs and project status to management
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top institution
  • 3+ years of experience as a recruiter
  • Prior call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Expert at recruiting on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job posting platforms
  • Ability to design and implement recruiting strategies
