Qualifications

• B.Sc./B.E. in Civil Engineering required or equivalent.
• Certification in Quality Control preferred.
• Minimum 7 years QA/QC experience on high-rise projects.
• Ability to lead QA/QC teams and manage site operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and supervise the QA/QC team on site.
• Develop and monitor project QA/QC plans and method statements.
• Oversee batching plant operations, concrete mix designs, testing.
• Evaluate construction methods and implement cost-saving measures.
• Ensure materials, workmanship, and testing meet specs and international standards.
• Review test reports, NCRs, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams on QA/QC.
• Prepare monthly quality performance and improvement reports.
• Ensure ISO 9001 implementation and continual QA/QC improvement.
