Contour Software Pvt Ltd in Karachi is seeking a Senior SQA Analyst to ensure quality and timely releases for LandDev and contribute ideas to increase output without compromising quality. The role is based in the Karachi office as part of the resource-center team, aligned with the division's R&D efforts, with working hours until 1pm Eastern North America time.

You will bring 5–8 years of QA experience, strong SDLC and Agile skills, hands-on automation, API and performance testing, and SQL

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• 5–8 years of professional QA experience with enterprise apps.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies and testing practices.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with test strategy, planning, and data preparation.
• Ability to design automated test scenarios and frameworks.
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA/Azure DevOps).
• Experience with API and performance testing (Postman/JMeter).
• Programming/scripting in Java/C#/JavaScript/Python.
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end automated test frameworks with Playwright/Selenium.
• Develop robust automated test suites for functional/regression/smoke testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD to enable continuous testing.
• Define and enforce test automation standards and best practices.
• Create test strategies, plans, cases, and data aligned with project needs.
• Identify and automate high-value test scenarios for coverage.
• Develop scalable automation scripts and maintain test reliability.
• Execute test cycles, track defects, and coordinate with teams.
• Conduct API, functional, regression, and performance testing as required.
• Continuously improve QA processes and collaborate with dev/product teams.
