Job summary

Integriti is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own quality assurance for an IDP platform combining OCR, AI/LLM extraction, and cloud architecture. You will architect QA strategy beyond test cases and lead end-to-end validation from ingestion to output.

The role requires hands-on testing across web, APIs, databases, and AI components, building scalable automation, defining quality metrics, and mentoring the QA team while partnering with engineering and product to ship reliable software.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA experience across web and cloud apps.
• Own full testing spectrum: unit to E2E and regression.
• Strong SQL data validation and data pipelines testing.
• Hands-on automation framework experience from scratch.
• Experience with AI/GenAI or non-deterministic outputs.
• Ability to define test strategy and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the QA strategy and test vision.
• Lead testing across unit, integration, E2E, and regression.
• Build scalable automation and AI-specific evaluation.
• Serve as quality gatekeeper for releases with data-driven criteria.
• Mentor QA team and promote quality culture.
• Collaborate with eng and product to shift quality left.
