Job summary

Capgemini in Hyderabad, Pakistan, is seeking experienced Python GenAI Developers with 6 to 13 years of expertise to build backend systems, APIs, and microservices while leveraging Copilot for coding and automation. You will work with agentic AI tools such as LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents and deploy AI-driven automation in Azure.

Collaboration on architecture, deployment, and CI/CD will be required, with a willingness to work second shift.

Qualifications

Develop backend systems using Python, including APIs, microservices, and automation scripts.
Leverage Copilot for coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and refactoring tasks.
Work with agentic AI tools and frameworks like Copilot Agents, LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Agents.
Integrate AI-driven automation into applications and cloud environments (preferably Azure).
Collaborate with teams on architecture and deployment, with strong skills in Python, APIs, databases, CI/CD, and willingness to work second shift.

Responsibilities

Develop backend systems using Python, including APIs, microservices, and automation scripts.
Apply scientific methods to analyse and solve software engineering problems.
Supervise the technical and administrative work of other software engineers.
Build skills and expertise in software engineering discipline for the role.
Collaborate as a team player with other engineers and stakeholders.
