Job summary

Big Entities in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 3–5 years of professional AI and software experience to design, build, and deploy production-grade AI systems and autonomous agents.

You will develop RAG pipelines, orchestrate multi-agent workflows with LangChain and LangGraph, and integrate MCP servers with vector databases. Strong Python skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams are essential. This full-time role follows a 1 PM to 10 PM schedule in DHA Phase 3.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional software development experience focusing on AI.
• Deep Python mastery and async execution.
• Experience with RAG architectures and LLMs.
• Hands-on with LangChain and LangGraph.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, develop, and deploy production-ready generative AI systems and autonomous AI agents.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise retrieval.
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows and conversational architectures with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Integrate MCP servers, LLM APIs, and vector databases.
• Write clean, efficient Python backend code and automation scripts.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders.
• Perform model evaluation, prompt tuning, latency optimization, and hallucination reduction testing.
• Ensure AI ethics and data privacy compliance.
• Maintain technical documentation and API guides.
• Participate in code reviews and tech spikes.
