Role

We are looking for a seasoned Python Developer to support key business operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing scalable, highperformance software solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain applications that leverage AI and advanced data processing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable Python applications.
• Build and integrate APIs for seamless communication with internal and external systems. Collaborate with Front-end, MLOps/AI team and DevOps to deploy AI models into production.
• Optimize existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot application issues, ensuring reliable and efficient performance.
• Stay updated with emerging Python technologies and frameworks to drive innovation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Essential: Minimum 5 to 7 years of professional Python development experience.
• Expertise in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Proficiency in database management (SQL and NoSQL), e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs or GraphQL. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
• Strong grasp of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.
• Preferred: Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of big data tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React or Angular. Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub portfolio.
• Education Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
