Job description

We are looking for a Project Manager with a strong background in project management for our USA partner, Plego Technologies. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of programming experience within a software team.

This position is for our US-based partners, following US timings. We offer excellent pay and a challenging work environment within a good team. Job hours are from 2 pm to 4 am, Monday to Friday (5 days a week).

Responsibilities and Requirements

1. Proven work experience of 2-3 years in software project management.
2. Experience working with US-based software projects.
3. Ability to handle pressure situations and make decisions independently.
4. Excellent team management skills.
5. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
6. Extensive knowledge of software development and the ability to write code, especially in PHP/Laravel (a plus).
7. Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
8. Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
9. Follow Agile development methodologies.
10. Define project scope, goals, and approach, involving relevant stakeholders.
11. Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, and handle changes effectively.
12. Use project management tools such as MS Project, Gantt charts, and MS Visio.
13. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
14. Track project performance and analyze success metrics.
15. Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
16. Coordinate internal resources and client communications for seamless project execution.
