Job summary

Mashreq NEO CORP is seeking a Product Manager – Islamic Banking to manage end-to-end Islamic Banking pricing pools across multiple currencies and business lines. You will oversee Mudarabah, Equity, Treasury, and future pool structures, ensuring regulatory and Shariah compliance while coordinating with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shariah governance teams.

The role involves leading new pool setup, pricing methodologies, system enhancements, and end-to-end product implementation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of banking experience
• 4-5 years in Islamic Banking
• Experience in Mudarabah, equity and treasury pools
• Hands-on experience in product implementation, testing, and system enhancements
• Knowledge of regulatory, Shariah, and audit requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Islamic Banking pricing pools across currencies and business lines
• Oversee pool setup, weightages, and profit distribution
• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, Technology, Operations, and Shariah Governance teams
• Ensure regulatory and Shariah compliance of pool structures and pricing
• Support new pool development, testing, and deployment of products
• Drive pricing optimization and governance for sustainable profitability
