Job summary
Convo is seeking a Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience in enterprise digital products to drive discovery, strategy, roadmap, and delivery. You will translate complex business needs into clear product vision, PRDs, user stories, and measurable KPIs, collaborating with engineering, UX/UI, data, QA and business stakeholders to build scalable, customer-focused solutions.
You'll leverage AI-assisted prototyping using Cursor, Claude, Antigravity and GitHub Copilot to accelerate concept
Qualifications
- 8+ years in product management of enterprise digital products.
- Experience guiding products through discovery to delivery and continuous improvement.
- Strong with AI-assisted prototyping and rapid concept validation.
Responsibilities
- Own product vision, strategy and roadmap with measurable outcomes.
- Translate needs into PRDs, epics, features and acceptance criteria.
- Lead discovery, design, engineering alignment and MVP planning.
- Define and manage prioritized backlogs and release plans.
- Coordinate UAT, validation and readiness for releases.
- Mentor junior product team members and codify best practices.
