Job summary

PakWheels.com is seeking a Senior Product Manager for AI and agentic products to lead end-to-end AI initiatives from discovery through execution. You will collaborate with engineering, data, design, and business teams to ship AI-powered experiences that boost user engagement and market impact.

The role requires hands-on AI tool usage, strong knowledge of LLMs, and experience shipping AI features in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, including AI-powered products.
• Hands-on usage of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or Perplexity in day-to-day work.
• Strong understanding of LLM concepts including prompt engineering, RAG, hallucination handling, context windows, and AI workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, GA4, Mixpanel, Hotjar, or MoEngage.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-powered features and workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes using AI and agentic workflows.
• Create detailed PRDs including AI behavior expectations, fallback logic, and evaluation criteria.
• Work with ML engineers and data teams to improve model performance and user outcomes.
• Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Track and optimize product KPIs including engagement, retention, task completion, and AI accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and business teams on go-to-market planning and product positioning.
• Prepare product documentation, business cases, and strategy presentations.

Role Overview

• Exposure to MCP, vector databases, RAG pipelines, or AI orchestration architectures.
