Covent in Lahore is seeking a motivated individual to take ownership of product slices across frontend and backend workflows. This role entails working closely with team members to clarify and resolve product issues promptly, ensuring effective production quality. Ideal candidates are expected to be strong technically, embracing UX quality and maintainable architecture.

The offer includes a competitive compensation of $1,500–$3,500 per month, working from our DHA Phase 8 Lahore office, along with equity and profit-share potential.

Qualifications

• Able to clarify ambiguous product problems and turn them into scoped, shipped improvements.
• Strong across at least one side of the stack for debugging.
• Comfortable choosing right tools and moving quickly from ambiguity to work.

Responsibilities

• Own product problems across frontend, backend, workflows, and production.
• Ship the simplest production-quality system based on feedback.
• Remove unnecessary steps in workflows and enhance user efficiency.
