Job summary

adidas in Lahore seeks a seasoned engineer to lead product development and commercialization with Tier1 suppliers. You will guide design-to-production transitions, ensure manufacturability, and manage materials and costs to adidas targets.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related areas.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
• Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, materials processing etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development and commercialization process of assigned products with Tier1 factory personnel and technical teams.
• Provide technical expertise to ensure manufacturability, material selection, and cost targets.
• Upgrade technical applications and implement new technology in development and engineering.
• Coordinate between HQ/Creation Center and Tier1 factories to maintain Create to Value and product integrity.
• Influence HQ and external parties and drive change with adidas standards at the core.
• Make day-to-day decisions within scope and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Model leadership to foster a culture of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion.
