Job summary

adidas Lahore is seeking an experienced professional to drive development and commercialization of apparel and accessories, coordinating with Tier1 factories and the adidas Creation Center.

The role requires a university degree in engineering, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong English and MS Office skills to manage cost targets and timelines. You will influence HQ teams, maintain product integrity, and lead continuous improvements in materials and processes.

Qualifications

• University degree in engineering or related areas.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant business experience.
• Experience in pattern engineering, product creation, mold making, grading, materials processing etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and commercialization of products with Tier1 factories.
• Ensure manufacturability, material standards, and cost-to-target.
• Coordinate between HQ/Creation Center and Tier1 factories.
• Influence HQ and external partners to resolve issues per adidas standards.
