Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, law, business administration, procurement, contract or construction management.
• At least 20 years in procurement, contract/commercial management or infrastructure delivery.
• Strong knowledge of international procurement standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement planning, tendering, and contract administration for major projects.
• Manage commercial aspects, variations, and dispute avoidance/resolution.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery in line with international standards and best practices.
