Job summary

INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to support wellhead and skids projects in oil & gas. You will assist in FEED and Detailed Design, develop PFDs/P&IDs, and prepare instrument datasheets. Collaboration with vendors and cross-functional teams is essential.

You'll apply thermodynamics, fluid flow and heat transfer concepts while performing hydraulic calculations and assisting in bid/proposal activities. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of design experience in Oil & Gas (brownfield/greenfield).
• Experience in process equipment design such as vessels, tanks and skids.

Responsibilities

• Design process for projects including vessels, exchangers, tanks and skids.
• Contribute to FEED and Detailed Design for brownfield and greenfield work.
• Prepare process datasheets for instruments and valves.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and line sizing.
• Lead HAZOP/HAZID/PHA and risk studies, with coordination across disciplines.

This role is pivotal in supporting Modular Skid Packages, Wellhead Control Panels, and Pressure Regulation Systems to enhance the safe and efficient operation of oil and gas systems.
