We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:

  1. Work with the Senior Portfolio Lead and delivery steam leads to ensure planned vs actual spends are within tolerable limits. Support the leads in identifying gaps and working to remediate them.
  2. Track the program workforce management, multi-layer approvals, and hiring processes, along with reporting weekly/monthly open and closed role positions.
  3. Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reviews of project financial reports, summarizing overall positions for senior management.
  4. Work with multiple reporting tools and globally located stakeholders to manage procurements, renewals, and maintenance, including Statements of Work (SOW) for software, hardware, and resources. Execute reviews on workforce/headcount status, projections, rates, and FTE spreads over the years.
  5. Act as the single point of contact for explaining monthly/quarterly/annual variances, finance reporting, and contribute to governance forums/steering committees with required data/reports. Promote project finance literacy and good governance across teams.
