Bridge Intelligence is seeking a Senior Platform/SRE Engineer to run production-grade infrastructure from day one, covering Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, and reliability. The role requires managing deployments, security, and scalable operations for fintech-grade infra from Lahore on-site.

You will own the observability stack, implement gated releases, and drive automation to eliminate manual ops, ensuring robust, auditable systems that scale with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in SRE/platform engineering with Kubernetes in production.
• Strong Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Operational discipline: incident response, post-mortems, and continuous improvement.
• Security-aware fintech-grade infra concepts and threat awareness.
• Builder mentality: automate everything, minimize manual ops.

Responsibilities

• Own Kubernetes deployments: environments, ingress, networking, autoscaling, resource governance.
• Observability stack: metrics, logs, traces, alerting, SLOs, incident runbooks.
• CI/CD & release safety: GitHub Actions/ArgoCD pipelines, migrations as jobs, rollbacks, gating.
• Secrets & key management: Vault/KMS integration, rotation discipline, least-privilege access.
• Reliability work: load testing, capacity planning, performance tuning.
• Security hardening: baseline policies, network controls, dependency scanning.

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform/SRE Engineer to run production-grade infrastructure from day one: Kubernetes, observability, CI/CD, and reliability. This role is critical because licensing-grade products fail on ops before they fail on code.

What You'll Do
