Job summary

DigitalOcean seeks a Senior People Business Partner to act as an embedded strategic partner within the Product & Technology unit. Based onsite, you will translate core people strategies into operational execution by coaching senior leaders and guiding organizational health across the division.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience, ideally supporting fast-paced tech product & engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness, change management, and leadership coaching.
Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with growth targets and ensure the org has the right skills and structures.
Architect and lead organizational design initiatives and change programs across the unit, including restructures and design transitions.
Drive performance calibration, succession planning, and executive-level compensation discussions.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to define hiring strategies for senior roles and with COEs for equity and rewards initiatives.
