Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR / People Business Partner experience, ideally supporting fast-paced Product & Technology engineering orgs in tech.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Partner with leaders to align people strategy with growth targets and required capabilities.
• Architect and champion organizational design initiatives and lead change management for restructures.
