Job summary

10Pearls seeks an experienced Pega Consultant to design, develop, and implement BPM solutions on the Pega platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and QA teams to deliver scalable applications that meet enterprise standards.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Pega experience, strong knowledge of declarative rules, data transforms, and integrations, and familiarity with DevOps tools. Collaboration and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience developing enterprise applications on the Pega Platform.
Strong knowledge of declarative rules, agents, data transforms, and integrations.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Pega Deployment Manager).
Certified Pega CSA; CSSA or CLSA is a plus.
Understanding of Agile delivery models.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support and coordinate technical and business aspects of software development activities, including requirement analysis, design and implementation of applications.
As a seasoned resource in project teams, provide expert opinion and guidance on business & technical matters; take on additional responsibilities and foster cohesion and teamwork.
Acts as a point of contact for technical issues for specific work streams across multiple projects.
Proactively plan and strategize with team on possible issues and propose workable alternatives.
Mentor other technical staff and lead efforts in resolving technical challenges.
Guide and participate in recruiting top technical talent for the team.
Ensure adherence to standards and best practices (e.g., source code control, code reviews).
Coordinate the team’s day-to-day technical activities.
