Job summary

BearPlex, Inc. is seeking a seasoned SAP Consultant to implement, configure, and support SAP solutions across FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, and HCM modules.

The ideal candidate will lead full lifecycle projects—from blueprint to go-live and post-implementation support—and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience in at least two core modules, and a track record of at least two full-cycle implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on SAP consulting experience in 2+ modules.
• Experience in at least two full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong SAP configuration, master data, and business process understanding.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• SAP certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle SAP implementation projects from blueprinting to go-live and post-implementation support.
• Translate business requirements into SAP configurations and customizations.
• Develop specifications for RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
• Conduct testing (unit, integration, UAT) to ensure solution quality.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for SAP functionalities.
