ACE Money Transfer is seeking a Senior Executive – Operations for Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. The role focuses on ensuring the smooth, accurate, and timely execution of payment and operational activities, with emphasis on monitoring processing, resolving issues, and maintaining regulatory compliance.

The incumbent will oversee API/FTP payment flows, support tickets, and operational reporting while coordinating with internal teams to meet KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced remittance environment.

Responsabilités

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments via APIs, FTP, and internal systems.
• Monitor payments, detect delays or failures, and drive timely resolutions.
• Process backend payment adjustments and cancellations with minimal errors.
• Follow up on CX tickets and ensure resolution within SLAs.
• Coordinate with departments to investigate payment-related issues.
• Provide proof of payment for disputes and chargebacks where needed.
• Monitor emails and address pending requests within required timeframes.
• Maintain daily Partner Challenge Report data accuracy.
• Identify operational gaps and escalate high‑risk issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support KPI achievement and process improvement initiatives.
