Responsibilities

• Collaborate with TAC and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Maintain technical knowledge on relevant products.
• Document configurations, procedures, and network diagrams.

Data Center/Security Deployment project experience

Routing and switching protocols (STP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, VRFs)

IPsec VPNs (route-based and policy-based)

Cisco NGFW, NGIPS, Cisco ISE/AAA systems

IT operations in Banking or Enterprise data centers

Education
