Job summary

Bee Tech in Islamabad is seeking an experienced Senior Odoo Developer to lead ERP initiatives from design through live deployment. You will work with clients to translate needs into robust Odoo modules and integrations, ensuring smooth production rollout.

The role requires strong Python, Odoo, PostgreSQL, and frontend skills, plus experience with REST and RPC APIs. You will mentor junior developers and manage deployments on Linux servers using Odoo.sh.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on Odoo development and customization experience, including production deployments.
• Experience working with global clients remotely and directly with clients on requirements gathering, solution walkthroughs, training, and ongoing support.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Odoo solutions into production environments.
• Engage directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, scope solutions, and communicate technical decisions in clear, non-technical language.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Conduct code reviews.
• Design scalable ERP solutions, lead technical development activities, mentor junior developers, and support successful Odoo project delivery.
