Job summary

Nextbridge Global in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a Senior Odoo Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced Odoo ERP solutions. The candidate should hold Odoo certification and have hands-on experience with Enterprise and Community editions.

Responsibilities include module development, system integration, migrations, performance optimization, testing, and documentation. Strong Python/JavaScript/XML skills and Linux/Git knowledge are required for full-cycle Odoo implementations.

Qualifications

• Odoo Certified Developer (Preferred) – official Odoo certification required.
• Minimum 3-4 years of professional Odoo development experience (Enterprise & Community).
• Strong expertise in Python, JavaScript, XML, and PostgreSQL.
• In-depth knowledge of Odoo ORM, QWeb reporting, controllers, and server architecture.
• Experience with Odoo.sh and custom module development.
• Familiarity with Linux, Git, and deployment automation.
• Proven experience in API integrations and external system connectivity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle full-cycle Odoo implementations independently.

Responsibilities

• Module Development & Customization: Design, develop, and maintain Odoo modules using Python, XML, JavaScript, and QWeb.
• System Integration: Integrate Odoo with third-party applications via REST APIs, webhooks, or other protocols.
• Version Upgrades: Manage migrations between Odoo versions (e.g., 15 → 18).
• Technical Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements, convert to technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance DB and system performance for reliability and scalability.
• Testing & Deployment: Conduct unit and integration tests, manage deployments using Git/CI/CD.
• Documentation & Reviews: Prepare technical docs and participate in code reviews.
